Ulli Kuntze was born on December 22nd, 1967 in
  Euskirchen, Germany.

Her pictures combine modern and innovative
techniques in order to capture reality, moments
and impressions in life in a way, that stuns the
beholder. Contemporary art with an emotional
touch is what her picturesand sculptures offer to
the viewer. Each picture has it's own story and
motivation. Looking at them one discovers an
instant familiarity with the inherent motivation
and thereby the eye andsoul of the art viewer is
captured immediately. Ulli Kuntze's works found
quick and significant recognition in Europe and
news spread to the US as well. Her pictures and
sculptures are finding the interest of various
galleries in Germany and are now beginning to
cross the ocean to New York and Los Angeles.

As a child she was not very much interested in
Barbies or make up. As soon as she had learnt
to read she rather took a book, locked herself
up in her room and entered worlds of her own.
No children's book though could capture her interested as much as Ernest Hemingway,
Tennessee Williams, Arthur Miller and Shakespeare. The creative mind of a little
girl was therefore destined to become a vivid and expressive creative soul already
at a very young age. In her teens and twenties Ulli Kuntze started writing poems and
short stories. She became a published writer and won various literature awards. But
her unlimited creativity was not only to be expressed in her literature. In 2002 she
discovered the art of modeling and painting, forms of expression that illustrate her
deepest and emotionally strongest values, believes and experiences even better than
  her literature.
